These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aliclassified, operated at www.aliclassified.com (the "Platform"). By creating an account, posting a listing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Aliclassified is an online classified marketplace that allows users to browse, post, and respond to advertisements for goods, services, property, vehicles, jobs, and other categories. We provide the Platform as an intermediary — we are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Aliclassified. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

To post listings or access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

When you post a classified ad on Aliclassified, you agree that:

• All information in your listing is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• You have the legal right to sell or offer the item or service advertised
• Your listing complies with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
• You will not post duplicate, spam, or fraudulent advertisements
• You will not list prohibited items (see Section 7)
• Images you upload are your own or you have permission to use them

We review listings before or after publication to maintain quality. We reserve the right to edit, reject, remove, or suspend any listing at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Aliclassified may offer paid or promotional features to increase the visibility of your listing (such as featured ads). Any fees, duration, and terms for promotional services will be displayed at the time of purchase. Promotional fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You must not use Aliclassified to post, share, or promote:

• Illegal goods, services, or activities under UAE law
• Counterfeit, stolen, or infringing products
• Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
• False, deceptive, or fraudulent schemes
• Malware, phishing links, or harmful software
• Personal data of others without their consent
• Content that violates intellectual property rights

You must not attempt to circumvent our moderation systems, scrape the Platform, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to post ads without our written permission.

Aliclassified facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but does not process payments, guarantee transactions, or act as an agent for either party. All negotiations, payments, deliveries, and disputes are solely between users.

Safety reminder: Always meet in safe, public locations. Inspect items before paying. Never send money in advance to unknown parties. Be wary of deals that seem too good to be true. Report suspicious listings or users to our support team.

The Aliclassified name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant Aliclassified a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your listing content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as Google Sign-In. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content linked from user listings.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aliclassified disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not verify the identity, background, or intentions of users, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aliclassified and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or AED 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aliclassified from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your listings, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
